Now it's going - fermenting nicely and really giving off a great hop smell. I just hope I don't have to do another quick changeout to the blowoff tube. Will be monitoring.
Noticed also that the stuff on the bottom is now moving all around. Pretty amazing stuff. The inside of the carboy is moving wildly with huge chunks of goodies all over. Has to be the Irish Moss right?
