It was around this month that I kegged the IPA.
Also around this month that the keg of IPA was enjoyed... I couldn't hold out anymore even though the Wright was going down good. I had to switch the lines to the IPA to try it - and it was fantastic. So good that I never changed it back to the Wright until the IPA was gone. Charlie's secret IPA recipe proved itself many times over. He really should have his own brewery, it's ridiculous.
